Reflections on being 80 by Oliver Sachs
Posted on: 2013 07 08
Oliver Sachs recently wrote a lovely opinion piece in the New York Times Called “The Joy of Old Age (No Kidding)”. As you may know, he is a professor of neurology at N.Y.U. School of Medicine. Dr. Sachs is the author of several award-winning books including “Musical Minds” and “Awakenings”. “Awakenings” was later adapted into a film starring Robert DeNiro and Robin Williams and was nominated for an Academy Award. Here is a link to the essay. I hope you enjoy it. I know I did. http://www.nytimes.com/2013/07/07/opinion/sunday/the-joy-of-old-age-no-kidding.html?src=me
