Armistead Announces New President

  Armistead Caregiver Services is pleased to announce the appointment of Annmarie Plant, RN, BA, CCM as the new President of Armistead Caregiver Services effective June 30, 2014. Annmarie has been a colleague of founder Rachel Cummings, having worked with Rachel when employed at the VNA and privately as a Geriatric Care Manager.  She is a Registered Nurse with over 35 years of diverse leadership experience in healthcare, non-profits and public health.  She has been a Nurse Manager, an Administrator, CEO, Executive Director and self employed Case Manager.   Her experience and knowledge will be beneficial to Armistead on many levels as Armistead strives to provide the best caregiving services with compassion and comprehensive training. Annmarie has a sincere passion for working with elders and their families, having started the Family Caregiver and Geriatric Care Management programs at the VNA.  To quote Annmarie:  “I have been fortunate to have many challenging, stimulating, rewarding career opportunities, but I think President of Armistead may be the best one yet.  I look forward to working with the Armistead team to be the best provider of caregiving services, and the best employer of caregivers in Vermont and the region we serve in New Hampshire.” Please join us in welcoming Annmarie.
