Armistead caregivers are full employees, are fully insured, bonded, and are covered by Worker’s Compensation. We pay competitive wages and provide 24/7 access to management so our caregivers are supported if any concerns or problems arise.
We carefully match our caregivers with our clients on the basis of their skill, experience, interests and personal style. We welcome the participation of our clients and their families in the selection decision. In the event that an initial pairing is not ideal, we are more than happy to switch caregivers for a better fit.
We also have Registered Nurses on staff and most Long Term Care Insurance companies reimburse for our caregiving services.
